St. George!

A year or two ago we decided we would do a little family reunion trip every year. For the time being, the location of choice is St. George. So once again, this year we rented a large house with a pool and hunkered down for a few days of swimming (for the kids), golfing (for the dads), and shopping (for the moms). Here are millions of pictures, in no particular order, of all the fun that was had (minus pictures of golfing and shopping--because, well, we really only took pictures of the kids and they did neither golfing nor shopping).

Taking a break from swimming for a little show and crackers. Eliza, Ben, Luke, Anna, Livy, and William.

My baby girl enjoying some time by the pool
She won't really do much swimming this summer, but I had to buy her an adorable suit anyway :)
 So happy :)

Okay, so there are half a dozen pictures of Elise in ever so slightly different poses. But they were all so cute I had to include them all. :)

Herb and Brennan. Unfortunately it's hard to leave all work at home.

Elise in her cute suit :)

 Joey and William--best buds
These are my favorite pictures of these two ever! They were so cute together.

More of my little lady just hanging out

Benny, Mikey and Luke. Playing king of the rock!

On the last day we tried to get all the kids together for a group shot while they were all dressed in church clothes. That's 15 kids between the ages of 2 months and 9 years. You can imagine the difficulty...

 Getting closer

 Eh, not very close anymore

Kate, Elise and Caroline waiting for everyone to get it together

 Almost...

And there it is :)
Back row: Elise, Kate, Caroline, Livy, Amanda, Benny, Joey, Mikey
Front: Luke, Abigail, Anna, Eliza, Madeleine, William, Sam

All Smiles!

The little lady found her smile and now she just doesn't quit! It's so stinkin' cute :)

 Love that little girl!

Preschool Program

Luke has finished his first year of preschool and ended with the cutest little program

He was such a cute little performer
I love his little smile :)
Here he is with little best friend, Grace. It's no wonder that his teachers thought they were twins. They carpool together, are always together and even have the same birthday!

Curious Joe, Part III (Seriously, Part III!)

Awww, he looks so peaceful, right?
 Well don't be fooled!!!
It always seems to happen while I'm feeding Elise. It's like he knows....
Any guesses as what this white powdery substance it? Well the food pantry was locked. So I guess he went to find another cupboard not yet explored.
He went for under the sink and I guess thought he'd clean a little....
 This is comet.

At least my family room smelled clean! It actually helped removed some of the ash still in the crevasses from his shenanigans in the fireplace.

Look how happy and proud he is...*sigh*

Though Joey went right into the bath after the comet incident, this was actually a few days later. We thought he was quietly playing in the bath....
Well, I guess he was. It was just playing in the bath AND the toilet. Again, look how happy he is. How can I stay mad at that face!

And last night we were together with my family. Joey LOVES playing with his cousins. But poor cousins sometimes. He dumped a cup of soda on one cousin and a cup of dirt on another. He just thinks it's fun play time! Sorry William and Eliza :(

Two months old!

Time flies and my baby girl is already two months old! Here are some of my favorite pictures from the last month. She seems to get cuter every day. She's a great baby. She spits up a fair bit, but she has started to do 8 hour stretches at night! It's usually from like 8 or 9 pm until 4 or 5 am, but I'll take it. And she's smiling more and more all the time. She is every body's favorite :)

She looks good in pink--good thing because I have a lot of pink stuff ;)

Here she is with her BFF who is one month older. Could they be any more different?
The first thing EVERYONE says to me is, "wow, look at that hair!" and then something about how she looks like an ethnic baby--Indian and Mexican are the most common. I'm pretty sure her little BFF here has yet to receive one comment like those ;)

There's nothing cuter than a sleeping baby (especially MY sleeping baby :)
She was just so cute in just her little diaper. I couldn't resist the picture.

 Yay! Starting to smile!

She doesn't actually keep these shoes on very long, but they are so dang cute so I'm capturing them with the camera.

We're so crazy about our baby Elise!! Man, I love her!
